Kiln Opening
Saturday the 25th May 6:30 for 7pm
Following the success of last years event the studio will be open to the public again.
The weekends main event will be the grand kiln opening on the Friday evening. You are invited to be the first to see and buy new work being unpacked straight from the kiln. Fired the previous day for 12 hours to 1300°c, the unbricking of the kiln is the critical moment at the end of an eight week creative process. Work from the kiln will be displayed for the remainder of the weekend.
All are welcome to come and visit, see the ceramics studio, the processes involved and meet the artist. On the approach there will be a display of work in the landscape.

As you head out of St.Davids on the Fishguard road turn left by the Rugby Club. Continue for one mile. Pass through Rhodiad-Y-Brenin then take the first left followed by the second right. Follow the road past a few houses onto a dirt track. My studio is at the top of the farmyard at the end of the track.
